$75 one time cleaning fee, unless staying more than one week, in which case if weekly cleaning is desired there will be a $75 weekly cleaning fee.

Rental fees (including cleaning fees) are subject to a 13% local tax for stays less than 30 days.  For stays 30 days or more the tax does not apply.

We have a minimum stay required of 2 nights, 3 nights on holiday weekends, and 1 week at Christmas.

3 nights for $372.90

1 week for $661.05
